Bespoke Embroidery - Textile Inspired

The possibilities are endless when designers and clients arrive at our showroom with swatches in hand to select bed linen. Our recent collaboration with James Showroom highlights both the process and the delight in pairing our custom embroideries with beautiful textiles. Established by textile designer Meredith Ellis, James Showroom offers a curated collection of fabrics and wallpapers that reflects her passion for layering pattern, texture, and color.

 

What followed was a beautiful celebration of color, craftsmanship, and an ode to bespoke embroidery and creative freedom. 

A highlight of our collaboration was the pairing of our AFFRESCO bed linens colored specifically with the fabrics in mind which mirrored the rich green and blues tones of Meredith Ellis Textiles’ Huntington Paisley headboard and Huntington Stripe bedskirt and bench. A hallmark of the service we provide!

The whimsy and bold florals of Penny Morrison's Phoebe 732 fabric finds a geometric echo in E. Braun's DOLOMITE; a stunning pairing grounded by thoughtful color matching and contrasting patterns.

A custom headboard covered in Meredith Ellis Textiles' Rayen fabric, provides a versatile backdrop for several of our designs and highlights the difference that the choice of pattern and thread color can make. A modern almost playful design, GALETS embroidered bed linens and ATHENS quilt and Euro shams perfectly complement the French blue notes found in Rayen. While the lyrically rendered CLEO in soft blush, takes on a decidedly romantic aura.

Our COTE OUEST bed linens and FIL COUPE quilt and Euro shams wonderfully harmonize with a bespoke headboard in Penny Morrison's Simla and a bench in Meredith Ellis Textiles’ Balmorhea fabric.

ASPEN 5 and MADAMA towels highlight our customization capabilities with the embroidery thread colors tailored specifically to complement any textile and here perfectly attuned to Volga’s Flax & Field Flowers.
