The current status of the store during the Covid-19 outbreak

Dear Customers and Friends of E. Braun & Co. New York,

We hope you are staying safe and well. Because the health and wellbeing of our customers, staff and the community at large are of utmost importance to us, we wanted to keep you apprised of the latest details regarding our store and our services at this time. As we all deal with the impact of the global pandemic of the coronavirus causing COVID-19, we are open, with limitations, for in-person visits but readily available to serve you by telephone and email.

During this difficult time, we will be scaling back working hours and availability to allow our team to care for their personal safety and the health of their families. To that end, we ask that you observe the following:

1. Please call at 800-372-7286 before visiting the store to set up an in-person appointment.

2. Email us for updates and requests for quotes and information about available bedding, towels, bath accessories and table linens.

3. Please be aware that many of our workrooms domestically in the U.S. and in Europe are operating on limited hours, and therefore deliveries and production may be slower than usual.

4. The situation is changing daily, so please bear with us while we do our best to handle these uncertainties and, as always, provide you with the best possible service we can.

On the positive side, we are happy to share that we are well-stocked currently with queen and king bed sets, duvet covers and additional shams. Please see the Stock Gallery here.

We also are stocked with towels and placemat sets for the upcoming holidays, as well as bath accessories. Our goal is to continue to provide you with the excellent service and products you have come to expect from us, and we greatly appreciate your patience as we adjust at this difficult time.
